FREDERICK, MD., AUGUST 14, 2018 - Gearhart and Associates, LLC., industry experts in Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) training, Infection Control and Prevention Strategies, and Facilities Risk Management announced today that Gina Valerio, a familiar face in the restoration and remediation industry, will serve as Director of Client Relations.


Gina has nearly ten years in the industry and has held leadership positions with Restoration Industry Association (RIA) including Director of Membership and Director of Event & Media Sales. Additionally, she has worked closely with network members and industry executives to introduce new revenue streams in the areas of infection control and risk management in healthcare and other high-risk environments, through the utilization of proprietary disinfection and decontamination technologies.


Gina’s experience, paired with her passion for helping others realize their true potential makes her a perfect addition to the Gearhart and Associates, LLC. team. In this new role, she will work directly with business management and owners to determine the tools necessary to foster long-term success. Her problem-solving skills and her proven ability to create and maintain relationships will help expand Gearhart and Associates’ reach across multiple markets.
